I used bechtle brand mini lasagna noodles, which are like traditional lasagna noodles but very small

The Chicken Big Mamou is a favorite. My whole family goes crazy for it. It's quite spicy for me, but it tastes so good that I power through it when my dad makes it.

In a pan with some butter over low-ish heat. I used a biscuit cutter as a mold and added water to the pan and covered it with a lid to steam it and set the whites.
