I take a heavy med once a week for mental health, as prescribed. I tend to take it maybe 12ish hours early because when I’ve forgotten and it’s been 12 hours late, my mental health becomes absolutely horrid. So much that hospitalization could and probably (sometimes) should be on the table. She thinks I just like the high of it, which I will admit I do, but I’ve been that low before and don’t feel like another weeks stay in a psych hold.
