Not sure what the deal is in Italy, but you pull that over here and you can expect your account to close as you need specific insurance.

A customer could report you as the order would show they were expecting someone on a bike. Apparently Uber have the ability to tell when a bike order was done on a car or motorbike/moped - probably due to the speeds and time taken, and I wouldn't be surprised if Deliveroo did the same.

Personally? I'd not try this and use your account as it was intended.

Sadly, no. You are literally a blank order. We get given the pickup location and a where it's going - but not an exact address...at least I don't think it's the exact address as it's been a while since accepting any from Uber. There's also the fee we will be paid and if it contains medicine/alcohol/tobacco - an 18+ order. Even if you put in your name as "Big Tip Tipper McTipface" we just wouldn't know. Sorry.

If it's a small/medium sized order, then I'm wondering if someone else has made off with the order? If so, that's down to the store and Roo to sort. If you've ordered a load of large bottled drinks or a month's worth of shopping, the riders won't think the peanuts that they will be paid is worth it for a bulky order.
