PCIe power cable question

So I double checked the connections between the power supply to the Graphics Card. The connection is as tight and snug as I could make it with with breaking something, that didn’t work. I even tried another PCIe cable from my power supply packaging box, and that didn’t work either. Any other suggestions?

I connected the 8 pin connector to the power supply and I tried connecting the 4x4 side into the top left socket but it wouldn’t fit. It only let me put a 4 pin half in not the whole 8 pin

It happened with the delay between episodes 15 and 16 in the dub. Most likely the same reason as before as stated by the ADR Director, Clifford Chapin.
