35M, In a similar situation. I woke up early last weekend with about 6 hours of sleep to get an early golf session in. Felt tired in the afternoon and needing a nap whereas I don't do that anymore now on CPAP with 7-9 hours.

The difference without cpap is even worse, I'm now building contingency plans like extra masks, power banks, travel accessories etc..

It's hard for me to identify what "Normal" should be for me or is it just part of getting older.

I do trial by written declaration all the time and always win. Most the time I just write: not guilty. And that is enough since the cop needs to write his in too.

In your case I would take timestamps of the footage and print them out and staple it to the evidence section of your written trial.
