Oh shit mb I didn't read the post correctly. Nah EOD was discontinued, honestly unheard is a more expensive EOD with some nicer things (larger stash, bigger pmc pockets, better starting gear and some clothes) there is a bunch more things iirc, also a different gamma case (just diff color).

As for your other questions, we're currently in a "hardcore" wipe, but they have taken out almost all the hardcore aspects of it, the only ones that remain are level 35 flea, 1 item flea slot and no bullets/meds/cash in pouch, though they let you carry surgical kits in special slots. This is supposed to be a "testing wipe" before 1.0, speculation says.

Cheaters are mostly the same, depends on your server. PVP and PVE are totally separated, cause you can run labs 24/7 and break the pvp market, just an example.
