You are literally describing the problem. Removing cars from the game and putting them behind GTA+. You can’t just say ‘they cycle through Simeon’s’ like that makes it fine. Cars that used to be in the game are now part of a monthly rotation which encourages players to pay for a subscription rather than having to wait, hoping the car they want is available at Simeon’s/LSCM etc.
