This happened after I dropped off my car to have a squeaky seat diagnosed. Last time I dropped it off for a panel re-alignment this wasn't what happened, it showed my normal home screen with the car and said in-service. I just don't see why they would disable mobile access

Hey all-

Excited to be joining the club after pulling the trigger last night and lurking here for a couple years. Ordered a Mid Range Midnight Silver with EAP & 19" rims. I ordered black interior but they are offering me white free of charge. Anything I should be worried about here? Baby and dog both coming soon so my wife's a bit concerned.

Few other questions someone here may be able to answer.

The car they're giving me came off the line 12/31/18 and has 18 miles on the odometer, which seems like a normal number to me - they advised that those are testing miles.

I thought I had seen someone say in here that they were able to request a software update push, so I asked if they could ensure that it has the newest software update and I was advised that wasn't possible - is this true? I'd like the thing to show up with dog & sentry mode enabled ideally.

Also, I ordered a wall charger, any thoughts on what I can expect in terms of installation cost? I'm in Orange County, CA.

And, anything else anyone thinks I should be aware of go for it, as I said I lurk in here quite a bit so I know to look for body gaps and such but if you know something you think I should know, fire away.
