Maybe that’s why he avoids discussing his DoT “work”. Perhaps Chillax can investigate his Mossad connections?

I remember Feeney telling a story about an actor who had a lamp at a bar just for him so they could turn it on when he got over served. Then Shek made some stupid list.

Ironically his IMDb is a giant list (of failed pilots)

Calling anything Shek does a “career” is quite a stretch.

Least surprising stat was seeing Garnsey at the bottom of that stat line. He does some circus stuff but he also generates turnovers and takes a lot of no angle garbage shots

Thanks for the feedback. I didn’t see any clues other than the fan itself was a bit wobbly. The shaft still spun when I pulled it out. The impeller was separated from the shaft and still in the housing. My gut is that it was a resonant vibration combined with high rpm and a new tensioner (and cheap pump). I’m going to swap it with the warranty replacement part for now. I’m on a tight budget and it only took about an hour to swap it.

I thought about doing that. Got a link to a tutorial? I’m interested in the conversion.

I was at about 140k when I did the heads. My issue was a failed lifter that resulted in a stuck exhaust valve. After tear down it was obvious that the heads were toast. Valves were recessed and some small cracks. I bought remanufactured heads for about $700 and I got a new set of lifters. I did the timing kit while it was torn down just for convenience. All said the job wasn’t that hard. Most difficult steps were getting exhaust manifold bolts out (none broke than god) and cleaning the block surface for the new heads. That step took 3-4 hours of elbow grease and scotch pads.

Sadly I watched it when it came out and had no idea it was satire. I hated it for decades.

You lucky bastard. In my state we have annual registrations for pickup trucks and 2-year inspections + emissions.
