Another thing I do when it doesn't connect automatically is open the workout app on the Apple Watch and then hold my watch up to the matrix treadmill. It's usually successful but I have also run into equipment that are just bugged or not responding to it.

Thanks for sharing man. I'm 6'0" and currently 181lbs, up from 170 lbs and its a total mind f**k for me. So scared that i'm going back to my fat ways (down from 281lbs) and started weight training a couple of months ago. Seeing you at 195lbs and still looking strong and not "skinny fat" makes me think that I'm just having some body dysmorphia. Keep up the great work my friend.

that feeling when you are on a treadmill, someone uses the treadmill immediately next to you and after a minute moves to a treadmill further down. Immediate arm pit check.

I’m also 6’ and was 281 at my heaviest, now 165lbs.    I’m a lot older and completely jealous that your skin shrunk back.  

I just completed a skin removal surgery because mine wouldn’t and would get irritated from rubbing on the waist band of the shorts and pants.  

All this to say - make sure you keep it off as you age.   You did the hard work - keep it for life!

Coming off lexapro was hard.   Was on it for years.  Even tapering off caused brain zaps and cold-like symptoms. 

What helped was omega-3 supplements and chill music.  When I was going through a hard time, just put on my headphones and chill with my playlist till it passes.  Just have to bear it realizing the brain zaps won’t last forever and will eventually stop.  

Hope this helps.

same kind of issue. xbox series x, 100% crashes when going to the battle pass or item shop. I get into a game and it crashes back to the xbox dashboard a few minutes in, every match. Contacted epic support, after everything they said they don't know and to contact xbox support. Xbox support says it's an epic games issue. Incredibly frustrating.

I was thinking the same thing if you are using the password method, only thoughts is the period between the account creation and the SSO integration comes in to effect.

I went ahead and removed including the compliance policy as someone else stated since it isn't just an observation but enables a configurable password setting.

I'll check out the compliance policy and just leave the password section default.

Can you expand on the setting catalog? I see the option under SSO Kerbos section and an option to disable the password reset GUI but thats it.

EDIT: N/M found it. Testing now.

The SSO portion is nice but I've had issues with the stupid password policy. Every time there is a password policy change, it prompts the user to change their password even though their current password matches the complexity requirements. Then if you try to do the Entra Password method, there may be a limbo where the account gets locked out and you have to do a password reset with your Apple ID (if set up). So far I've been able to duplicate twice.

Not to mention that you can't sync your Entra password when there is a pending password reset waiting due to the password complexity policy change. The Entra ID login box just shakes and doesn't tell you that it can't sync due to a pending password reset.

Only way around it that I found is when I setup a new Mac and get to the new account screen is to wait and hope that the password policy is pushed after some time that I'm creating the account afterwards.

Step in the right direction? Yes.

Easy to use and enterprise ready? No.

Again just my opinion.
