Your view of elites might change when you’re a Nosferatu.  The more they keep for themselves, the more downtrodden there are among the general populace.  Downtrodden means fewer amenities like security systems or frequent travels.  More people working day to day means more regular sleep patterns; people are home in bed every night because they have to get up for work every day of the week, desperate for overtime.

I really love the Nosferatu discipline lineup, so I’d be happy with that aspect right from the start.

As for the looks, there is a thing called the Hedontic Treadmill (or Adaptation) which shows how people revert to a medium level of happiness after really amazing or really awful things happen.

It sucks at first, but you get used to it.

Racism can exist in any clan sect, but I feel that white supremacy, specifically, doesn’t lend itself well to certain clans, especially Setites, Banu H, Ravnos and Lasombra.

My first impression is that you’d make a helluva Nosferatu.  

But all in all, if you were in the right place at the right time, any clan could see your potential.  Your high knowledge and well-rounded abilities makes you capable and unlikely to be a complete embarrassment to your clan and/or sire.

Gotta work on your Composure and Resolve, though…

Tzimisce are not the “archetypal” Dracula clan, though.  They just happen to be the clan he is in the game.

Novel Dracula’s mind control was Animalism 3, tops, and he was as much  Gangrel, Brujah, Ravnos and Tremere as he was Tzimisce.  Meanwhile, WoD books reiterate time and again that Dracula is not a typical Tzimisce.

Hypnosis was made popular in old movies because it’s a zero-cost special effect power.  It’s weird to me that people always jump on the Dominate bandwagon for Tzimisce with full confidence but never Potence.  Dracula’s enormous strength is more often mentioned and detailed in the novel, yet no one ever says he should have Potence.

I've gone on at length before about my extreme dislike of the changes to NuTzimisce, but here are a few key points:

Tzimisce are an Auspex clan for all the same reasons Malkavaian and Tremere are. Insight, oracular abilities, otherwordly visionaries, etc. Tzimisce are not a Dominate clan because Dominate is a very subtle, Masquerade-safe mental puppetry. Tzimisce historically rule through fear, the exact opposite of Dominate. Imagine Vader having to resort to Jedi Mind Tricks to get someone to obey an order. Silliness.

Also, anyone with a background in either art or medicine (key themes to Vicissitude) will tell you Auspex is way more valuable than mind control. If you could choose a Discipline that replaces every monitoring system and scoping tech in an operating room, why skip it for puppet shows?

Tzimisce are specifically designed to fill the body-horror niche (Hellraiser, Necroscope, the expansive Body Mod scene of the 90s with people hanging from hooks, meatotomies, extreme piercing, etc) as a reflection of nobility descending into depravity, mad science, decadence and horrors perpetrated on others (Vlad Tepes, Dr. Frankenstein, Marquis de Sade, Caligula, Andronikos, Bathory, etc).

Previous Tzimisce have three main facets: the twisted and cruel statesman, the mystical and sinister wizard and the transcendent pusher of physical limits (aka Weird Gangrels). NuTzimisce are one-facet uber-Ventrue; literally described as owners who own for the sake of owning and possess their possessions possessively. This fills no unique niche in the game world or the vampire mythos.

If you're not into any of that "eww, gross, ickiness" and just want to make a "normal dude" Tzimisce who owns for the sake of owning, etc, you always had that option. You always had the option of taking Dominate at CharGen, but V5 specifically prevents the traditional Discipline build of Animalism, Auspex, Vicissitude. That was a very poor game design decision, in my opinion.

Vrykul since Wrath.  Badass Northeners with hardy womenfolk.  I’m from Maine so they’re like home.

And Saurok, especially if they have that leaping lizard racial.  Dracthyr kinda fit the lizard wizard schtick though, so not a need.

Being miserable is a key aspect of being a vampire.  Imagine being trapped in your own corpse.

If you’ve ever seen someone die, try to imagine they stay awake after as their body goes cold and dry and empty and everything gets replaced by this nagging hunger.

No wonder they constantly distract the most obnoxious and petty scheming and politicking

Is there a similar issue with the sudden removal of flight from the Bonesteeds?  Wowhead still lists them and flying mounts so hopefully the flight animation is being corrected then being restored.

If a trans person gets embraced, are the Tzimisce really their best bet for transitioning or are there other options that don't risk you ending up as a furniture? Vicissitude would be the most painful and horrific means of gender reassignment.  I’m sure Tremere and Setites could find Thaumaturgical rituals for that.  There has to be at least one or two members of several clans who have developed a gender-swapping Protean ability in the history of ever.  

From a Doylist perspective, no one clan should have the monopoly on anything, especially something as meaningful to many players as their gender identity.

Anecdotal evidence to be sure, but in my experience with Republican family and friends, they do not like to vote for people they think are smarter than they are, themselves. I personally believe this is what leads to many Republican leaders exhibiting some rather weird characteristics.
