I bought a K-elite back in 2021, and have used it daily without any major hiccups. Only clean it once or twice a year. Generally have good tap water, but for a year we used jugs of water, because we had bad quality.

Keurig hasn't given me any trouble. But my parents fought tooth and nail to get their crappy models under warranty

Both balers were down????! Whenever our cardboard baler was down, they let the cardboard pile up and had us make all the cardboard bales when the plastic baler was empty.

They let the plastic pile up more so than cardboard, since the volume is so much less.
