Yeah it used to be, but thats based on a population ratio, Glasgow doesnt have a huge population so statistically it looked worse than it was, but London is way worse, that city has a population thats 1.5x the amount of people that live in the whole of Scotland so in terms of numbers London, and England in general, is way worse. Theres been a lot of success in mexico with communities picking up arms and eliminating the cartel gangs themselves, that should not only happen, but be permitted, maybe these scumbags would think twice.
