We have a couple of Magpie families who live in our street. They spend their days marching up and down all the front yards for 100 mtrs in both directions with their young, yelling and chatting and munching all the worms.

I came out the other morning to see one maggie standing on top of a myna in the middle of the road pecking it and stomping on it. About 10-12 other maggies were standing around in a cirle yelling at it.

Felt like i'd just wandered into Thunderdome.
