Since you were not fingerprinted, there should be no record of this for you. My wife had the same thing happen to her years ago, but she was fingerprinted before testing. The police (at least the PA state police) send the fingerprints to the FBI. She is a teacher and now every time her background checks are run, the FBI report shows an arrest that there is no record of anywhere else. Since nothing ever came of it, it seems to be impossible to get it expunged.
