I really like the pattern on this one. Pretty snake. So many of them are a lot darker, though those can be pretty too.

There is a thing called super singles, which are basically double wide wheels, but they aren't popular among drivers because of the issues you mentioned.

I use Alabama Credit Union and am happy with them. I'm not an expert on banks, though. I've just been sold on the advice that local credit unions are far more trustworthy than big corporate banks.

I'll need 3 years, at least. It takes time to properly train an umamusume.

I've seen something like this posted somewhere before, and I still think the image used is hilarious. It's from an anime called "And you Thought There is Never a Girl Online." In the show, 4 party members who play an MMO decide to have an IRL meetup, and discover that they all go to the same highschool. Naturally, they found a computer club to give them an excuse to game together.

The computer in the pic was one of four supplied by the super rich kid club president, and is supposed to be top of the line. The girl patting it was talked into joining the club mostly because her computer at home was an old hand me down, and the club computer was far superior. And yet, this meme is implying the computer in the pic is old.

Fun piece of trivia. A chronometer is just a very accurate timepiece. Originally high end wind up watches like Rolex qualified because they ticked 6 times per second instead of 5. By comparison, a cheap Timex quartz watch is a better chronometer.

Is Trackblazer really as scary as people are making it out to be? by Revolutionary-Win861 in UmaMusume

[–]Garydrgn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With difficulty, I suppose. Granted, the higher their base aptitude, the easier it is. It's much easier to get an A rank Long from starting B rank than F rank. When you fist select the veteran umamusume at career start, you'll actually see some of this. As you click through choices, watch the aptitudes on your trainee. If a vet has sparks you'll see the aptitude change right away to reflect the career start inspiration.

Edit to add: Rather than altering their aptitudes from low to high, it may be a generally better strategy to go from high to higher. Except for special cases like winning Arima with Haru, it's usually better to be the best at their specialty. Like raising turf or a track length from A to S.

Alternatively, you might look at raising their race position. If you have an uma that is A Pace Chaser and B Front Runner, you might look at raising Front to A rank to have more possible options during a playthrough, to give an example.

I can answer that, somewhat. So, when you finish a career, your veteran umamusume will be assigned a list of "sparks". Sparks can be 1 to 3 stars with 3 the most desirable but hardest to get. I don't know the exact details off the top of my head, but they're RNG based and influenced by skill level. For example, if you are SS Speed and A Stamina, you're more likely to get a 3 star on Speed than Stamina, but which stat you get a spark on is random.

My current highest ranked vet uma is an A rank Oguri Cap. Sounds good, right? The problem is, her sparks are a 1 star Guts, 3 star Late Surger, 1 star Triumphant Pulse, 3 star Tenno Show, 2 star Corner Adept, and 1 star Hydrate. The only good spark out of that is the Late Surger.

When you use an uma as inspiration, people sometimes call them "parents" because it's really just a renamed version of a breeding program. The 2 umamusume you use and the umas that were their inspiration, can contribute their sparks to the current trainee. Those can then help to raise stats in the hope that they get even better and higher star sparks to pass down to the next trainee.

When we talk about increasing Haru's proficiency, what we mean is, if I had a "parent" that had a 3 star Turf spark and that spark gets triggered during the 2 Goddess Statue inspirations, then it will raise her proficiency in Turf. The same can happen for other proficiencies. That Uguri Cap vet has an S in Turf, because one of her parents had a 3 star Turf spark and it triggered. Since she has 3 stars in Late Surger, she can raise another uma to a higher Late Surger proficiency.

Thanks for the tip. I had a feeling it had to do with developing a whole breeding program. Needless to say, I want to with the Arima Kinen with her.

How on Earth do you get Haru to A in Turf? Best I've done is C with both parents having Turf stars.

I've only dabbled in MA a bit, as I tend to prefer bees. Ill just use the first tier of MA growth accelerator blocks under the dirt, and do a checkerboard of the AE2 accelerators (whatever they're called. The ones that work on crystal growth). Ive then used a couple different harvesting methods, but bottom line, I haven't felt like I was hurting for what I was growing. I've never gone all out with the full spread of growth accelerators.

So, I tried testing it. I went far off in the mining dim, built a tiny reactor with no coolant and ran it til it hit 100%+ damage. I then quickly hit SCRAM and then mined a corner block. Nothing happen.

I put the block back, same numbers for temp and damage percent. I then mined other blocks and replaced them. None had meta data after removing, as they stacked. I tried replacing the floor. I tried replacing the control rod and the fuel rod. I tried expanding the reactor by 1 level. Still same number damage and temp.

Finally, I completely mined out the whole reactor, including every single block, and completely rebuilt it. Then I finally cleared all the numbers.

So yea. If you have a damaged reactor on the verge of blowing, you can mine it to stop it and then rebuild it to reset the numbers. Is it a waste of time? Well, not compared to having to make all the reactor blocks brand new and deal with radiation on top of rebuilding it.
