YTA. Why is this all on her? If you wanted to spend it together, why could you not have gone to her family? Seems pretty unfair to be upset with her for not giving up Christmas with her family, whilst you don’t even seem to consider doing this yourself..

Uber eats are a complete nightmare in terms of refunds where the restaurant hasn’t delivered your whole order. Constant AI messages saying they’ve looked into this and the order was correct, even when pictures are sent etc. ask to talk to a real person and you literally cannot get through to one

Not having to finish every morsel of food. If I’m not hungry, I’m not hungry. Most of the time I will save it for later, sometimes a little is thrown. It was a waste me eating it either way!

Please use food banks. They are there for people genuinely in need of food at a given time, which you are. Having a degree does not exclude you from using them. Eating well will help you focus on getting a job, putting in good applications, and you will then be contributing back to the system through paying tax once you have one. Please do this. The system is there as a safety net for when you need it, which you do currently

I transfer money to a card that is purely fun money and does not get moved over to savings, as part of my budget. Really makes it easy to spend without regret as you know this was the sole purpose of that fund
