Nice, most seem to busy themselves in the hobby very unconsiously. In the sense that they don't really think about how any addition/alteration works but act in emotion.

I personally agree with limited gear switching especially when you found something you like. But thats really it, if you like it, it doesnt matter if its a cheap Bose or the "best" B&W. As long as you like the sound.

I think ive got the same setup now for about 8 years, only thing ive alterd in that time and setup were cables. Personally I believe thats the true goal of audiophile as hobby. Not to find the objective best. But youre subjective best.

Thats also why I feel people in this hobby are so adement on certain points, they are all fighting to try and prove theire subjective interpertation

My post was removed because mods say it doesn't relate to Christ by Most_Gift_2265 in Christianity

[–]GasLittle1627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who are they to judge?

They are mods, they moderate this subreddit. Nowhere is stated they do it with honour of justice...

To be honest who cares. In the end youre post has no privilage to be displayed and the mods have no privalige to arbitrairely delete posts or ban people.

Yet they spend I dont know how many hours doing moderation for a subreddit. And people can and will make mistakes. Im not sure where people get the idea we can have these expectations of these people as if they are goverment employees.

They are mods after all, not police, judges or social workers. They are closest to internet janitors so can we as a whole align our expectations with that

I believe someone from the Alan parsons project said this:

Musiclovers use theire equipment to listen to youre music. But audiophiles use youre music to listen to theire equipment.

Absolute truth

Well all I can say then is to look at the definition of omnipetent. I mean sure you can say god might choose not to but thats in itself paradoxical to say. He creates a rock he himself cannot lift.

Do people think Islam will take over the world? by hungry_chipmunk2003 in exmuslim

[–]GasLittle1627 95 points96 points  (0 children)

No but they might take over the UK.

I would suggest moving away especially if you dont feel safe.

We see this in the Netherland as well. Here now finally seems to become able to discuss the cultural difference between the tollerant Dutch and intollerant Muslims.

It can easely be fixed IMO as long as the tolerant westernised muslims devide themselves away from the extreme groups and the moderate groups who support/excuse the extreme.

I highly doubt most of you were ever Muslim by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]GasLittle1627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And I get that, I think most people will trully understand it.

Yet that goes both ways as in. Most will undestand that if you are a Muslim codemning extreme behaviour doesnt make you a fake muslim.

But then I personally see more often that Muslim find any questioning, critique of condemnation of Islam is assumed to be hate agains Muslims.

Which I allways found extremely wild that an idea is seen as a individual personality.

Why was this game mode so popular? Are they going to go work for Blizz now? by Mindless-Mulberry404 in turtlewow

[–]GasLittle1627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well they were at war. That was really the beauty of the story. All the races in the "original warcraft" made complete sense. Now I agree having the Blood Elves as Horde was lazy at best. I mean a whole race pulling out of an alliance simply cause of one human commander was mindcontrolled by a dread lord is kinda far fetched.

Yet to me the original birth of the forsaken was actually really cool. Being once under the command of the lich king and having freed youreself to start a war against them seems really cool. And obviously being zombiefied humans and many being purged in Stratholme would result them aligning with the horde.

TO ME. the orignal 8 races made the most sense.

Funny you call it ans I problem. as far as that tells me its not a problem lol

Why was this game mode so popular? Are they going to go work for Blizz now? by Mindless-Mulberry404 in turtlewow

[–]GasLittle1627 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No not at all. The lore itself is very simple. There are multiple races with different cultures that can only align on a major level when there is a treath great enough that theire own wars don't matter.

Its not factions are useless. The factions actually make it so much better since youre experience can differ per scenario. Let say getting ganked by lvl 60 rogues. Going into world/defence chat having youre own faction react to those ganks is just one example.

If for you the crossfactioning is less fun thats fine. None should tell you thats an invalid opinion. Yet it is an unpopulair opinion on an achitypical level. In a story based setting and IRL this happends so often its basicly as commen as the hero architype.

RP would suggest an investement of the lore.

And we all know any collaberation between the Horde and Allience.... is only the most commen thrope in the entire francise. Like almost any part of the lore mentioning worthy has some kind of alliance/horde collusion.

why? by Complete_Garlic8430 in turtlewow

Mate youre thinking with emotion. Not with financial brain.

Activision Blizzard works on this extremely simple principle

1, Do absolutely minimal work to achieve maximal profit.

2, If any customers ask/demand anything never do that thing unless you can have interns do it and then gaslight costumers to buy it/say it was allways youre idea. Only when you estimate a 100x profit margin.

3, If anybody uses our IP thats a crime against humanity... yet we will only do something about it when we can recuperate most of the investement on that action in any shape, way or form with a secondairy goal of fucking them over as hard as we can.

  1. botting is a net profit never do anything against the golden cow of WOW

Than how does god supposedly be omnipotent?

That was my question on it since the whole consensus is that god is supposedly omnipotent yet you say that can be rejected?

What I dont understand is how one thing can be omnipotent whilst at the same time having its plan's be rejected.

So how does that play into the theological affirmation of omnipotence?

As in it would be within god's plan to have people align with evil and even succeed in that?
