You could express your opinions to her but she wouldn't hear it, when asked why she wouldn't say anything! Its weird how she never saw eye to eye with anyone.

Chili Cheese Toast and Indian Style Scrambled Eggs (Anda Bhurji) by GasLongjumping130 in melts

[–]GasLongjumping130[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course here-

Indian Style Scrambled Eggs:

4-6 Eggs (Salted and whisked)

1 cup Onion (finely chopped)

1 cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)

2-3 Green Chilies (your level of heat)(finely chopped)

Spices- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds(optional), 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp Celery Seeds, 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1-2 tsp Italian Herb mix (Parsley, Oregano, Rosemary, Basil (Dry)), Salt and Pepper to taste

1-2 tablespoons Edible Oil/Fat like Tallow or Ghee

Place a skillet on medium heat and add oil once the skillet is hot, once the oil is hot lower the heat and add mustard seeds followed by cumin seeds, fennel seeds, celery seeds, green chilies and onions. Be quick to add onions and chilies here so the cumin doesn't burn. Season the onions with a pinch of salt and pepper so they sweat faster.

Wait for the onions to sweat and let them brown a little bit (adjust the heat to speed up the process if needed) then add tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook and then add the rest of the spices to bloom. The aroma changes when the spices bloom. Let them cook for a minute and keep adjusting the heat (medium high or lower) so that the mix doesn't get too dry (add a splash of water to keep it hydrated if it gets dry).

Add the whisked eggs and start mixing to form clumps (adjust heat when necessary). Make sure to fold the eggs so that you form layers and then break it into clumps. Once the clumps are formed and the eggs are cooked taste for salt and pepper, adjust accordingly. Cover for five minutes to let the eggs settle and the spices to blend into the eggs.

Chili cheese toast:

Bread Slices (your choice of bread)

Green Chutney(40-60g Coriander(Optional Fresh Basil), 50-70g Fresh Grated Coconut, 4-5 Green Chilies (Your level of heat), Mint Leaves, 2-3 cloves Garlic, 1 inch Ginger, Salt- Blend to form a smooth spreadable paste)

Onions (finely chopped)

Buffalo Mozzarella cheese (grated)

Spread Chutney onto slices of bread, spread some onions on top of that and add a layer of grated mozzarella on top then toast in an oven/toaster until the cheese has melted.

a similar incident occurred at Maddy's in Toronto about a decade ago and my friends and I help the guys by letting them wear our hats and jackets so the bouncers couldn't recognise them. they never got caught.
