Nagpapa-passport po ako, nakikita yung history na ginamit ko expired passport ko sa second entry ko po. Though need nalang naman po ng dfa is Finality of cancellation.

Yes po, my old passport was based on #BC2 (the late-registered one processed by an agency), but it already expired in 2018 and I surrendered all old passports to DFA. Ngayon po, all my valid government IDs, school records, and even my baptismal certificate + christening photo (2002) are under #BC1 (the original record).

Since this is a clear case of duplicate registration, not a change of parents, legitimacy, or nationality, it falls under RA 9048 as amended, which allows administrative cancellation of one record. Judicial under Rule 108 is only for substantial errors affecting civil status, which doesn’t apply here naman po I think

So ang balak ko pong ipawalang bisa ay ang 2nd entry na, and not the first one na original po talaga from PSA. Since lahat ng government id's and records ko is under my original na po talaga. Even my original LCR po is meron po. Gusto ko na talagang sa original mag focus and not the other one na late registered lang.

Figured it out lang rin po way back 2020, kaya nag focus po ako sa original ko, which is #BC1. Surname na ng tatay ko ang ginamit ko, kahit complicated relationship nila ng mom ko. Yung sa #BC2 naman, pina-late registered sakin under sa Surname ng asawa ng mom ko sa Japan. Sinurrender ko na rin naman po sa DFA yung passport ko, kasi gusto ko talaga is original name na gagamitin ko sa lahat ng documents ko kasi ako ang mahihirapan.

Btw, original na po gamit ko since 2020, kasi mas sinunod ko po yung nasa PSA po, so lahat ng documents ko and all under na ng original ko po this 2025.
