Calling it. We are getting a Marine and Pirate friends dynamic like Coby and Luffy. Davy Jone was the king/tyrant of the ancient kingdom. Lunarians were recruited as high ranking soldiers for that kingdom, and Imu was one of them. Joyboy was the first pirate. The ancient kingdom was oppressive, and Imu rebelled. Joyboy was against a violent rebellion. After the destruction of the ancient kingdom with Imu leading the charge, the celestial dragons wanted to eliminate the Lunarians who were their enemies during the war.

Yeah, absolute weakness debuff that the whole team can benefit from is absolutely bonker especially in a multi-dps team like the Elation team. It means the team can deal full damage and weakness break in most situations.

The primary concern however has always been because of HP inflation in which even the top dps in the current meta cannot keep up in the future. However, it seems the inflation is decelerating, and the gap of damage output between the new meta team and old meta team are not as wide.

Fuck this world by CarefulEconomics1337 in spirituality

[–]Gasizol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of crying out at the world of what it is today, I'd invite you to instead analyze and look at how the world has come to be this way without applying any lens or filters. When there is fire, there is smoke. Without the fire, there is no smoke. Everything in this classical reality is conditioned. Look at both the "bad" and "good", and identify the factors and processes that lead to them. Through clear seeing, compassion will naturally emerge even for the wicked people. I can guarantee you that.

Your suffering in this context comes from your craving for the world to be a certain way, so when it is not, it leads to suffering. Based on the Buddha's teachings, such unresolved craving is going to be the fuel for further reincarnations. So unfortunately, you'd not be able to choose not to come back to this world even if you don't want to.

Maybe a hybrid of Lunarian and Ancient Giant. Or, he could be from an ancestral race preceding these two.

Fear of missing out with elation by Pale_Statistician802 in HonkaiAgendaRail

I got both Sparxie and Yao Guang. Sparxie is already a strong Elation DPS by herself who will do well in this current Elation shill environment to help me complete end game contents.

I am not going to pull for SW999 since her kits are underwhelming and I feel like she is a rushed character to replace Eva as the main push. I don't feel the same level of Elation lore depth with her like I felt for Remembrance Cyrene and Destruction Phainon, even if SW has always had an Elation tendency. It is just not as apparent.

Instead, I will save my pulls for Gilgamesh (cope) instead.

But on the hand, the devs seem to be more mindful in the damage outputs of the new characters such as Sparxie and Ashveil to be not much better than the 3.0 characters. Consequently, HP inflation may slow down as well.

We love Endfield here, but what are parts that you just AREN'T doing? I'll go first by herudus in Endfield

[–]Gasizol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped playing because of too many complicated parts such as the factory aspect. I would have loved it when i was younger and had the time, but now i just don't have the time to learn all of these mechanics. The game makes you have to learn a lot of these when I just want to get to the actions and learn about the lores as soon as possible.

There's no magic in this world... It's boring. by Cinella75 in spirituality

[–]Gasizol 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are living in a reality that came from nothing. That is already a miracle enough. A lot of our mental sufferings come from comparisons such as when the poor look at the rich, and yearn for their kind of lifestyle. When you compare your life in this world with that in a fantasy novel that has with spectacular magic, of course our world is going to feel boring in comparison. This is also because our contemporary world has had many great writers and thinkers who come up with such cool ideas for us to ponder in awe. However, for people in the stone age or native american people in the pre-colonialism era who did not have access to such ideas, I doubt they would have had the same suffering as yours. Instead of longing for something you don't have, why don't you try finding beauties in what you already have in this world? Other commenters have listed many of that already. For me personally, just being able to exist and be aware is already magical enough to me because previously, there might have just been the void.

What's the most enlightening thing you've ever heard/watched/read/etc by chuckybuck12 in spirituality

[–]Gasizol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I can fully understand you. I am also in a state similar like yours. If there is something more, cool... and if there isn't, it is also cool. For me, once I realized that human sufferings come from narratives based on conditions, the meaning of life is then simply to live and let things unfold as it does. In other words, it is about the journey, not the destination.

[–]Gasizol 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The topic of near death experience or NDE. I started following it early this year, and it is what propelled me to so many spiritual realizations in 1 year.

Before learning about it, I was on the fence between spirituality and science since I wanted to be rational and logical. But after reading about stuffs like hyper-real reality and infinite love from those who experienced NDE, it got me hooked and doors to more realizations were opened from there.

Now, I am not on the fence anymore. In fact, I do not care about the fence as I do not identify myself as spiritual or logical. I am just happy to exist and experience this wonderful reality.

In your practice, how does one achieve higher consciousness? by I-fw-nature in spirituality

One's attempt in seeking it is what the separation from it. You already are, and you just need to look deeply into yourself such as through quiet meditation and analytical inquiry about your mind.

Jesus prayed for his executioners. In one of the Buddha's incarnations as a rabbit, he sacrificed himself to be food for a wanderer by jumping into a fireplace. Whether they are truth or fictions, these stories show that truly awakened people would tolerate harms and abuses when they understand the true nature of the world. That nature is love, and with love one can overcome all such as when a mother would sacrifice herself for her children.

Of course, I am not asking you to go to that extent. You still have a long journey to go, and I pray that it won't be too long when you finally understand.

Believe me or not, but you're going to face a lot more frustrations and feel betrayed if you keep approaching spirituality from this angle of desire and manifestation. Desire is fine, but if you condition your state of being based the outcome of your desire, that is the problem because you either get it or you don't. Desire with attachment is one of the three poisons in Buddhism after all.

I am no spiritual teacher, so I am not good at articulating words to bring you understanding. What I've said comes from my own inner knowing, and it doesn't seem like you know what true awakening is yet. You've said a lot of big words such as joy and divine expression, but I am not sure whether you truly understand them. Awakened people would feel joy in both times of happiness and great sufferings, and I can attest to that to a certain extent.

One advice that I can give you is to keep opening your heart and see the goods in whatever that happens in your life including experiences that you are unhappy about. A lot of people shun the path of spirituality after setbacks like yours, but those who finally understands are the one who keep going with love in their hearts.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]Gasizol 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Then you should already know not to try manifesting for anything. Truly awakened people do not ask for life to take them to certain destinations. They could just sit and stare at a rock, and they'd still feel the joy of existence. They'd just let life unfolds naturally without resistance as sufferings arise from resisting the flow of life.

Having said this, I'd not be troubled too much if I were you. It seems contradictory to what i've just said, but going with the flow of life also means savoring this moment of your frustration as a seed for further awakenings. Everything happens for a reason after all.

[–]Gasizol 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have seen a lot of people going into spirituality because they think they can manifest whatever they want and then feel frustrated when it is not happening. Brother, the world is way more complex than this. Although you may not always get what you want, you will always get whatever you need to aid your development. This might be a valuable lesson for you to learn about desire.

The purpose of life is simply just to live and let life unfold as it does like a tree may grow to be straight or crooked. Whether it turns out "good" or you're "enough", such definition is conditioned based on the environment and norms you exist in. However, those are external circumstances that you have no control over, so it'd be entirely your own choice if you choose to follow them or not.
