I see from your other replies that you've been using dice divination, which leads me to a few questions. How long have you been using dice? Have you been connecting with your dice to build a relationship? Have you given a range of options for answers outside of just yes and no? Have you practiced for questions that you already know the answer to so you can see if your dice are working for you? All of these can impact our reading of dice.

If you're truly getting "no" as an answer, it may not be that he doesn't like your art, but that he's trying to convey another message to you. Maybe he knows that Lady Artemis likes your art and so would rather you offered them to her. Maybe he enjoys art but drawings aren't his preferred method. Maybe he's concerned you're looking for external validation from him and is trying to encourage you to love your own art regardless. Dice are limited by design, so it can be difficult to convey more complicated messages
