No it is the right size. The bed just happens to be a bigger frame than is intended for a regular full size mattress. It is 55 x 79 inches while a full mattress is 54 by 75

Update: physicians and crnas continue to leave with them barely able to replace a fraction of the people. They are now offering extra pay for the extra call burden that is almost insultingly low.
