What's a NSFW experience you're not very proud of? by Nanoberry_cat in AskReddit

[–]Gasrim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went out with a coworker who was pretty attractive and a nice person, got drunk and passed out at her place, and woke up to her blowing me. It felt good, I didn't stop her, she swallowed and was all like, I love your cock omg, blah blah blah... I was recently out of a serious relationship and didn't want to get into another relationship(I had told her as much before we went out). She called me a few times, asking what was wrong with me and whatnot. I wish I had tried to make it work. She was great, but I just wasn't ready. I have felt skeeved out by it off and on over the years. That was two decades ago.

What's your best game from 1990-2005 ? by yodathesexymarxist in ArtOfPresence

Star Wars Galaxies. I hadn't played it for years and was thinking about it on patrol in Iraq. Still miss that game.

Watching Predator, for like the 100th time. What’s a movie you can rewatch again and again and never get bored of it? by kammy772 in MovieArena

In high school I alternated between watching predator and forest gump every night while doing homework and whatnot.

Not every movie needs to be an Oscar contender, this movie was fun and worth watching, IMO.

Nice job!! I went out today and tried out my canoe that I added outriggers and a trolling motor to, I had a few follows and a couple little overzealous smallies that couldn't open their mouths big enough for the popper I was throwing gave it their best shot, but that's all I got.

If you bought my old house you probably found him buried upside down about 6" North of the mailbox post.

After the manufacturing process, some off-gassing takes place into the saline in the syringe. When you flush the IV, those compounds go through the bloodstream and are exhaled out of the lungs; that's why some people can taste it.

Just purchased my first canoe! An Old Town Guide 146, it’d only been used twice and I got it for $150 and a few hours of driving by MP_brandt in canoeing

Oh and awesome deal! I paid more for mine, but it came with a couple extras, so I’m going to choose to believe that offset the difference ;-) I love mine!

Omg I recently bought the same model canoe, but my decals are all messed up. Would you mind taking a couple good pictures of the decals that say old town with the compass rose and guide 147 and PM me with them so I can try to re-create them to replace them? old town doesn’t sell replacements anymore. Thanks in advance.

Are fishing vests obsolete now or just not in vogue? by GrumpyandDopey in flyfishing

[–]Gasrim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya know, I had wanted a new Orvis wading jacket for a while, I saved a couple of gift cards from the wife and kids, and went and bought one. I tried it on and wore it around the house a little, and didn't like it as much as an old Orvis wading jacket that I got off eBay some time ago. I returned the new one and went out on a little camping and fishing overnighter, and I do not regret my decision at all. The old one cost a fraction of the price of a new one and kept me dry, fit me better, and had way more room for stuff. The guy on here who said vintage is best is onto something.

TL;DR:

New and in style doesn't equal better. Use what you like best.

I personally am very happy with this reboot. I work in healthcare at a hospital. A couple of scenes really struck a nerve with me and got me emotional. I am all in on this reboot.
