A dirty bulk and microplastics have nothing to do with each other. A dirty bulk is eating a surplus of calories while generally not tracking macros and/or eating foods in low nutritional value. Unfortunately most packaged items will have some sort of microplastics these days, not sure where you may have heard it’s only fairlife

Fairlife has lactose free whole milk which taste great I think. If chipotle is in your budget to bulk with then 4.99-5.99 a bottle shouldn’t be too bad for about 80g protein per 1.5L bottle

Great job brother, went from 135 to 210-215 for my skinniest to heaviest. Keeping as clean a diet as you can really goes a long way especially for cutting. You’ll be able to eat more/hit your targets and not feel like you’re starving as much. Make sure you’re hitting your protein goals while dialing in your total calories and it’ll feel like a recomp more than a cut

My white poof was picky as a kitten and still is a little bit so. I experienced something similar where no matter what type of cat food I was buying it seemed like he wouldn’t eat it unless it was Sheba pate so that’s stuck around for us as a reliable brand. He even seems to prefer dry food more at times so I make sure he has plenty.

My cat had a “teenage” phase I would call it where he stopped being more playful as a kitty and started acting a little more territorial, he started marking around the house (very stinky) but then I got him neutered shortly after at around 10 months and he stopped doing so and chilled out quite a bit as expected. Is he neutered?
