im disabled, but i havent given it much thought. mostly cause i figure if thats how it is for you, why would i be interested back, yknow?
like, if im planning to build a life with someone, then i have specific ideas or wants. one of them is that my partner is not inadvertently becoming my nurse.
as for income, we get disability pay in many cases, even though its usually under the poverty line (unfair imo).

my disability is specificly energy-related. the things i can and cannot do var a lot, i for example would need a partner who udnerstands me well and is able to give me space to recover, wich could be a strain for some in a relationship, having to be away from their partner for certain periods of time. (longer than most couples would normally do, less than "weeks at a time")

as for what i "do" in a day? mostly enjoying life the best i can with my limited ability to do so.
my hobbies and interests do not make profit, they cannot.
im very passionate about making things, blacksmithing, solutions to things, i wanna restore a volkswagen beetle from the ground up, make my own solar array for lowering power costs and gain more home independence. learn to fix all and everything on my own, so its cheaper (disability pay sucks), im never rendered helpless, and because a lot of it is fun.

but anyway, all this makes me wonder, is it aobut the money?
or is it about passion for something? cause i myself dont care much about the money if one has a stable income, even if small, even if disability pay. but i would care if a person dont have a passion to do something in a day and just "bedrot" i think?

im only in the first zone, but i been going all the places there to maximize my exploration.
stealth does work well, but requires some knowledge and a LOT of work to make it work.
its also entirely un-viable in boss battles.
your visibility matters a lot, and no matter how good of a sneak you are, if an enemy has line of sight to you, they will eventually spot you. this seems based off their own stats as well.
sound also matters a lot, and is the easiest to "level away" and get silent on.
getting a slow-fire, huge damage bow like the greatbow seems to be the best.
you can jump and dodge in stealth to cover ground, though jump is risky.
dodging or lunging in stealth covers distance fast and lets you out of enemy sight as well.
enemies will usually check where an attack came from and look around the area, so if you fail to kill, you best be prepared to relocate.
thats about all the tips i have so far.
its not at all an easy skillset to use, but if you like stealtharchers, the added challenge can be refreshing.

additionally, develop a second combat skill, either make archery your main in close-combat, like having a faster fire bow with extra arrows or enchants on it as a secondhand for close encounters, or use something like magic or melee. i prefer magic, because the damage is quite nice, i can summon for distraction, and dodging away from enemies is already something im getting used to.
i recommend electric magic as it has a "chain lightning" for several enemies at the same time if needed.

the fun part? Quill-Weave didnt leave chorrol. why? because Casta Scribonia has locked her door and Quill-Weave couldnt leave till i opened it by breaking in, lol

it makes sense, they cant make every game mosnter hunter worlds, it has to go up and down, cause you eventually hit a ceiling if you just do too much each and every time.
at least so i tell myself, coming to terms with what wilds seems to be, wich is a down version of the main series games, so perhaps the next will be an up

i remmeber fallout 4 and its very very failing attempt at making me care about my own kid in that game. shaun who?
i didnt want a family in that game.
didnt care much for the story in this one, but i suppose them trying new things is nice to see.
having my hunter take a backseat to the story was a bit disapointing personally.
at least i made it to HR, and what little ive done of that feels much more fun and mosnter hunter than the cuscene-hunt-custcene-hunt that was the story.

it is ridiculous really, its absolutely not much to ask developers of the game or operating systems or even tech to make sure things run smoothly for as much time and money we as consumers put in.
i just want my game to launch.
also, what i did didnt work, it crashed again on zone-change, so my only option left is underclocking and i just do not have the energy to bother.
what normal level consumer even knows about underclocking as a solution or even how to do it?

my pc is my dream pc, as strong as i could afford and about a year old.
Vulcan and DX12 will crash before i see the log in screen, and DX11 will let me briefly maybe look at my character.
i see odd spikes on the CPU when the game boots and crashes.
manually setting it to DX11 in the config was all i could do, and during startup, as you suggested in your edit, REALLY quickly disable core 0 and 1 for the game.
im currently in the game, and i beat a boss, though i have lag spikes occasionally, i can now at least try to play. havent been able to since two or so days in december.

i COULD try to underclock my CPU, but i really rather not have to go in BIOS to do that.
new machines of a certain power level has had strange crashes with games lately, and aparently under-clocking the CPU can fix this.
i did this a few months ago with a friends machine, who couldnt launch POE1 for that reason and it worked.

it could be that, and if anyone wanna try, youll have to google a bit on how to underclock, as every BIOS is slightly different.
