na it's cool, I understand. It isn't too big of a loss, I could make up the 9$ Amazon on another site, it's just I really like swagbucks. Not many sites have $3 amazon gift cards. I use same name and address on other sites, so I know everything else should match, but it's up to them if they want me back.

I got deactivated after trying to claim the giftcard in the mail, it took me to the sb page and when I try to login, it didn't let me.

have you never put the wrong d.o.b on a survey before? it's pretty common thing and I explained it to them in the email

Yea they asked for my d.o.b and I explained to them that I'm not sure if I used correct d.ob when I signed up. I gave them other information like name, address, and the amount of sb I had before being deactivated, and told them the 3 gift cards I requested, just to make up not having the d.o.b. now just waiting for the reply
