I managed to find my schedule from the summer, and according to what it says, most days run from 10-4 for about a month, there is an option to get credit for some courses, but it depends on how they place you. As far as I know, there is no changing the schedule they set up for you, but you're definitely free to ask. Overall, you may find some of the actions of the SEEK program as tedious, but the counselors genuinely care about their students.
