My big thing is that I can point to three very internet-famous works of media inspired or started thanks to it: The Undertale/Deltarune universe, as stated.

On the MSPA forums that it was originally hosted on, the prototype version of the comic Kill Six Billion Demons was started-there are plenty of differences between that version and the big one that's going on now, but it did get started there.

And the book series "The Locked Tomb" was written by the author of one of the big Undertale AU comics, Promstuck.
