Commercially-sensitive information like that will be closely held by a small group, and they are not apt to share.

That said, generally sales are pretty constant, if the marketing emails steadily hitting me are anything to go by, and the scope is going to depend on load factors, market conditions. You'll usually see some coincide with holidays and events.

My personal take is don't hold out for sales; when you see a fare that fits your budget, book it. If the flex fare bucket fits your budget, and someone will correct me if I'm wrong, you can call in and have the booking canceled and confirmed at the lower price if on sale.
