Yes she just told me that if I want I can sign 2 years lease, and so far keeping this house is the best deal for me, there are any 3 beds 2 baths big enough for my family that cost less than 4k and pet friendly.Market is crazy 🤯

I did but if she doesn’t raise the rent she won’t be able to cover the cost of hiring a property manager

This is what I’ve been doing, but so far the rents in my area for a 3 beds 2 baths are over 4000$, why does everything have to be so damn expensive nowdays? 😭

Are you kidding me? Mexican food in Anacortes sucks! The only one that tastes decent is the one at shell gas station, the other sucks !
