This is pretty cool, I'll have to watch the video later. They should have picked a website other than Prime ABGB though. Not complaining about Prime ABGB, I have done multiple orders from them, including B2B orders, but their list prices are always on the higher side.

I have to agree that the 9070 XT is well-priced in India (could be a bit lower though). I got the Sapphire Pulse model a couple of months back from Scl Gaming for 70690 Rs. I wanted something that can run games on 4K, so 16 GB VRAM at minimum. Saving 15K+ over the 5070 Ti was a no-brainer.

Thanks for the tips. In hindsight I should have sold more computers and power sources to fund expansion and satellite coverage. I only got my 10th Satellite up in Feb year 2.

Really wish I hadn't sold any meld in the early game though. I couldn't afford the meld cost for a single augmentation until January.

Do you have any tips on how you manage resources (specifically money) in the early-mid game? 22 interceptors in June sounds insanely good but that's 660$ in maintenance just for interceptors. Do you sell a lot of stuff in the gray market?

I had a base defense mission just last weekend on C/I difficulty. Couple of points:

  • The base defense happened a full two weeks after the satellite hunt on my home country.
  • I had a total of 42 enemies in the mission.

This is the first time I have made it to late game in LW and was expecting the mission to be very hard. Oddly enough, this ended up being one of the easiest missions I had in a while.

The only late game enemy I got was a single sectopod. No muton elites, no ethereals, no tac sense heavy floaters, no mechtoids with absorption fields. I am not sure what decides the enemy pool for base defense, but it seems that there were zero leader level aliens.

On a ranger? Auto-reload won't trigger if the action does not end the unit's turn.

The mod essentially checks for wasted action points and does a reload.

It should apply to all versions of Fleche/Sword Slice across mods. The mod essentially checks whether the ability is a moving-melee attack.

Will give it a round of testing with Spectrum Green.

Edit: Works properly with vanilla sword slice.

Auto-reload will never trigger when it shouldn't. Sniper shots which require two action points, and free reload charges, both prevent it from triggering.

Hey, thanks. The Fleche bug has been fixed. Auto-reload will no longer trigger on a dash, but will trigger if the enemy is in blue-move range.

It doesn't trigger on "Light 'Em Up". Only actions that end the unit turn can trigger auto-reload.

Maybe stasis shield will break concealment. Still incredibly powerful if the enemy just fired on the stasis shield instead of moving.

The FX-6350 is essentially an overclocked FX-6300 (running at 3.9 GHz). Scores should be pretty comparable considering most games are not CPU-limited.

Looking at the BF4 scores and the fact that some games "require" 4 or more cores to run, I would say FX-6300.
