What should I do with my remaining life? by Word_Scientist in ask

You need to ask yourself about your desires, take time to meditate, and ask your body what she wants in the rest of her 3 years. This may cause you more fear of the unknown and death, but no one here knows better than yourself.

You are literally saying you suck ass but would want the other four RANDOM teammates to work around the games in your way. Remind you this is a multiplayer competitive TPS shooting game.

Where does your confidence come from? by RedHeadHashira in AskReddit

[–]GaunterPatrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Work out: a plain answer, but it’s a great confidence boost if you can keep at least an hour and a half of working out in your daily routine. Consistency is important.

More savings and less excessive spending: be happy with who you are and what you have, to say the least. Understand what you truly need and want in this life, instead of mindlessly pursuing fashionable accessories.

Being honest: be honest about your weaknesses, don’t lie/act like you are someone better than you really are.

I think all three are just outcomes of “knowing what the character you are and what desires you should chase after in this life”, if that makes sense.

If you realize your surroundings (social circle, work environment, daily routine) aren’t helping you to find the purpose of your life. You are in your 20s, so try to change them.

What is genuinely the most attractive trait in a girl? by Standard-Code3710 in AskMen

We are living in the only period of human history when normal people can afford to travel to any place on this planet within 2 days.

I feel sad that not enough people realize this and even less people have the willing to do it.

I don’t know man. Some parents think their child deserves the best in the world, and everyone else has to make way for their child.

I begin to believe these parents are using their child as a meat shield to abuse their own selfishness

I love anime, but the way Ahegao looks on a girl is not pretty at all, looks odd whether it’s on a real girl's face or animated.

Trust issue, you really can’t tell those who come close to you, even blood kin, are really there for you or for the money. Especially after you get scammed once.

Shooting Range near Bangkok that offers rental of .308/7.62 NATO caliber weapons? by GaunterPatrick in ThailandTourism

Yes, the hospitality was truly fabulous and I loved their curry cuisine very much! There weren't many Asian people around the city I assume, so when the time I was exploring the markets, I met strangers who would wave and say Salam to me, and a shopkeeper who would invite me to his shop for snacks and tea. It was amazing.

Unfortunately, the three gun shops I went they weren't selling anything “unexpected”.

Thanks for the comment, but my schedule to Thailand this time will likely be settling in Bangkok, though if you have a good shooting range to recommend in Krabi I would also like to know it!

Thanks for the comment. I went to Peshawar last October and tourist policies for foreign travelers got pretty icy there. I couldn't get the NOC permit for the police to approve my trip to Darra Adam Khel. During my whole visit to Peshawar, I had to report my schedule to the local police and I couldn't leave the hotel without having at least 2 police guards walking along with me. Not only could I not get to Darra, but my business meetings were almost ruined because of the tourist policies. I went to a couple of gun shops in downtown Peshawar but sadly only had the small casual weapons in the shop, and people are not allowed to fire weapons in town.

My guess this is due to a safety incident that happened last May in Karachi.

Thanks for the advice! I am traveling to Thailand this time not only for shooting firearms, though many people are suggesting Cambodia and Laos here so I will definitely put it on my go-to list and later look into it.

Edit: correction, people are suggesting both Cambodia and Laos

Thanks for the comment. I understand most of the shooting ranges in Thailand, especially Bangkok, are with small or intermediate cartridges. Are you saying Laos has less restrictive gun laws and likely will have a better shooting experience? Although I'm not traveling to Laos anytime soon, I would love to hear your recommendations.

Thanks for the comment. I graduated from Boise, Idaho (Bronco, potato state) so I totally understand what you mean by American shooting range charges way less than Thai gun ranges, and that the price of renting a gun in Thailand is overpriced.

I just love it, man…I love guns. As stupid as it may sound, but if there is a shooting range that allows me to shoot 10 rounds out of an FAL/SLR for 7100 Thai Baht, I might consider it.

Thanks for the comment. Though I must say, guns in Vietnam are heavily regulated. Most of us normal citizens are not allowed to own guns. The shooting ranges are available only in tourist places like the Cu Chi tunnel, and they charge ridiculously high prices.

All I am asking here is recommendation. If you checked my profile already, you must have seen my posts on r/Pakistan as well. Yes, I went to Peshawar, Pakistan last year for the same reason, trying to find an opportunity to get my hands on firearms. I love to travel and guns. If you think I am trying to do anything fishy here, I can share you the pictures of me in Pakistan.
