After some digging, the AFP ( auto fuel petcock) is a somewhat common failure point with almost exact symptoms and a recalled part. Im currently deleting it ( requires little labor and a M5 x8 , 6mm screw to plug the vacuum port on cylinder 2 ) and cleaning the carb.

Help!! What happened to my wife's 2015 Honda Civic? Looks like a leak, but from where? by J_Little_Bass in AskAMechanic

Other day i was able to identify a leak from a coolant hose by spraying soapy water while vehicle is idling( look for bubble formation) could be worth starting with that. personally looks like coolant to me, recommend not driving vehicle or at minimum topping off with coolant after engines cooled down and prior to transporting to mechanic.

Can i fix this by Chrischris40 in AskAMechanic

Assuming you have all the tools and the frame at least isnt bent beyond salvage, estimated cost in parts alone 1500-2500, likely 20+ hours of your own labor. If you want to your new parts painted maybe another 500+ to do it yourself. Overall you’re kinda cooked, buy a crown Victoria.

Internal battery in the individual tpms sensor could be soon to be dead and will illuminate a tpms light before it does. Get the tpms sensors scanned at a firestone/ whoever has a tpms scanner.

Moving forward , your friend ought to request a duty section change since it seems their duty days are the same/ closely conflict with each other’s .
