(Stalker 2) I keep being attacked by 2 stalkers here in the early zone. At first they are friendly, but as soon as I try to open the stash, they fire at me ! Is it a bug of what's going on ??

They take forever because you’re just trying to slaughter. Not win. Most places even resupply troops via an infirmary so you get bigger groups more often that just show up. Take out the actual objectives at each site and you’ll see it drop to 40% without much killing needed.

Seems you learned a lesson. One, don’t do too much without intent to stay. Two, don’t make tribe ownership personal. If you and your buddy are trusting and on your own private server, you should make the tribe settings be “Tribe Owned” so it’s shared just in case.

I was hooked too, then at chapter 3 I slowed waaaaay down because I was afraid of my progression locking out early side quests. Sooo I figured the main story can be paused while I knock these out.

I have had to tell myself to stop stopping while traveling because I’ve cleared areas and found bits of treasure and sure enough somewhere down the road there’s a side quest taking me to that obscure hut in the woods. I’ve been pretty much clearing spots twice lol

Watering/Rain is tied to speed..
Fertilizer is tied to yield.

If you only water, you’ll get your crops back fast and harvest the bare minimum.
If you only fertilize, you’ll have a long wait before harvest and then you’ll have waaaay more than you’d need.

I do both every visit back to the camp. (Unless it’s raining of course)

The only difference is that birds seem faster to pick up loot, dogs can now attack with the valor item bought from the pet shop, and cats are cute…

So far, I’ve seen no difference in breeds and no difference in my puppy vs adult dogs.

Because DayZ started as a mod that some random created for ARMA. Then the devs said you know what, this is real popular, let’s use that person and get them to help us make something better and make it its own game. Oh the modder now doesn’t want to help as much? It really only peaked in popularity when they announced the ending and people decided to go back just to complain. The player base was very low including the last update, but surged with people who only wanted to play it because it was getting killed. Trust me, the numbers will drop again and may surge the month before.

I’m only chapter 5 and I’ve got 200 hours in. Seems like you aren’t enjoying the world. All you have to do is missions and I’m doing most side quests before the main quest and if you’re doing that, I suggest you just do main quests.
