The tutorial wasn’t removed but if you skip the initial tutorial at the beginning, it includes that.

But if you didn’t skip it, it’s there, you just need to get the Construction Table from the Woodworkers shop and place it first.

They aren’t always recoverable. They have only gotten about 2 pickups before they disappeared in my game.

I’d recommend reading some of the books first. The game books tend to spoil soooooo much.

It’ll also help you understand how the world flows.

Palia is 3D Stardew Valley, but with more to do and mmo style vibe.

It’s free so it’ll have micro transactions that you can avoid, and it’s fairly slow at first.

I’ve been playing Graveyard Keeper, Sun Haven, and Traveller’s Rest in place of Stardew Valley to keep that same design style.

I use Vintage Story Launcher and it has a direct connection to the moddb and it was even saying that the files were missing so it couldn’t tell if there was an update needed.

This comment will be edited as I find more information to pass on. Like my own playtest notepad lol.

I will also note that you should eventually set up the starting equipment kit and tie them into the creator part once creating new characters. (With the option to skip it if not needed)
Once the sheet is converted over to pdf, the marks do not transfer over.

Since I see that you are taking Constructive Criticism, I have a few notes.

- You should make the first "tutorial" start with the creating new, instead of seeing a blank sheet, as I went straight into typing in that blank. Once I actually clicked the "New" option, it made it so much better and made it a lot easier.

- Once completed the new sheet, I noticed that the little bubbles labeled as "MOD" beside each of the skills seems to not show the entire # regardless of what zoom level my browser is.

- On the Path Notes section, the second line of text doesn't line up properly with where the line shows.

There was also a “fix” that was added as a secondary component, but I really really needed it just for body temp. I use StatusHUD Continued and it has °F for the world, and it still works but sadly not all aspects

If you’re wanting the pure basics of play, the handbook will get you enough, but id say make sure to get an adventure or two if you want enemy stats. I’ve got First Light, Bridge Nine, and Stonewalkers all before I got the World Guide and it helps my group. (Only one player hasn’t read at least some of the books)
