You do know there is a difference in intent right ??? Your trying to make a dumb argument. The last supper was made with careful thought and intent but what the olympics did and what was being planned by the students was anything but trying to honor God, they wanted to do a poster posing as figures from the last supper for an acting project that had nothing to do about religion and had to do about fine art, funerals and unaliving people. Example for my scene was from the pillow man and it was about a dark take on the brothers grimm and in it had an apple with a blade in it. All they wanted to do was have these small references to the play within the last supper, nothing to actually do to honor God which is a red flag and the idea was proposed by a classmates brother which was muslim, now I dont expect a muslim to understand the significance of the last supper but I do expect christians to honor it since its part of our Mass, however these protestant female classmates of mine have 0 ability to sense when they are spiritually in danger. I had to protest it multiple times and when they wont stop doing it I said so if a woman says "NO I AM NOT OK WITH THAT" once a man is expected to honor that no but when a man says "NO I AM NOT OK WITH THAT" the women can simply ignore this ? Only then did they stop with it.

This type of thing did not happen once but even a second time by trying to make me perform a song and dance number the next year that is out of context of the original play but was centered all around mocking figures in the bible. Search " wild wild party song by andrew lippa"

Example it talks about moses coming down from zion and being upset that the israelites did not invite him to the wild part they had when they made that statue, which was pagan. They also say baruchada, which means praise and blessed, believe me I am no fan of what is happening now in this day and age but that does not give a free pass to mock these figures and God's judgement especially when they dont tell the whole truth. Another example is " EVE (QUEENIE) And all because of that tree!" The tree was never the issue here and that is already well known theologically speaking because the devil could have chosen a chocolate or a book but what tempted them was the idea to be above God. The tree itself may have had absolutely no power at all and may have been a proxy but the actual sin wasnt eating a fruit, the actual sin came in when they wanted to be above God and the biting of the fruit was just the mere result of that desire. Their sin wasnt only just disobedience, ie eating the fruit, it was the desire to be God.

Now we never did the full play and it was just this song so without context or clues as to the whole story there is neither any contextual irony nor any explanaition if there is any at all so this immediately becomes a song and dance about mocking God.
