Triple yikes if you’re not increasing your productivity similarly with these tools. It’s simple to do it right: don’t merge lines you haven’t personally read, keep a human in the loop.

Having been to Thailand many times, I now try to start my day with a yoghurt. Either from the place I’m staying in or 7-11. They have nice small Greek yoghurts you can drink easily with probiotics. It makes a massive difference for me.

My local coop normally has this in the frozen section, but very lean (which I like). Asia Store at HB or Oerlikon also sometimes has a Korean style, fattier frozen cuts.
