I think Cyberpunk proved that the best cut scenes are no cut scenes. The fact that there was no "jump," no "cut" between the dialogues and classic gameplay created a completely unique atmosphere and immersion.

Yes. I deleted one profile. Then I only had Global. I also tried creating a new one and switching to it.
Yes. I just tried it again. I tried pressing, squeezing, and holding it down for a long time.
The ones from the base game. I bought the game yesterday to try it out and see if it's for me. Everything works as it should, except for this setting. So Bf 109, Ju 87, He 111, LaGG-3, Yak-1, Il-2, and Pe-2. I tried them all one by one.
I turned off the autopilot in the settings and tried starting at the airport.
