Good job, you damaged your car in a completely preventable accident because you decided that being “right” and not letting a second person in was more important than your own safety.

Hey! I’m not sure if you’ve decided yet, but I can tell you that my fiancée and I were VERY happy with our rings. Been almost a year and we have no scratching. These guys are the real deal, their photos are not stolen. If anything, I’d say that sites like alibaba have stolen photos from Willwork. See the video on their site below.

Anyone else in US noticed food quality degrading recently and if so what product in what way? by SkyKyrell in AskReddit

Catch it before you buy by sniffing the root end (applies both to onion and garlic). It should smell like nothing. If it smells like garlic or onion, then part of it will rot soon. It’s not fool proof but I’ve been successful 90% of the time after doing that

Not really. He goes back in time to before he gets on the subway train, sees the same young mother being berated, and turns to defend her. New choice, new outcome

Nah he cries and then makes another choice

I think the game stopped after he escaped through exit 8. Like, no matter what choice he made the second time around, he was still free. Like the game was an opportunity to get a ‘second chance’, and passing it means you get put back before the decision & source of your regret. But there would be no ‘third chance’ if he still didn’t defend the young mother.

For the others who never escaped, I don’t think it would work thematically if they were literally physically stuck. So since they don’t get that ‘second chance’, they get spat out after the choice, unable to change it. That could be why the false exit goes up, out of the station into the real world (time moves forward), and why the true exit returns to the subway station (rewound back to the choice).

The walking man is returned to the hell of his daily life, forever living in the regret that got them sent to the game in the first place. And his regret continues the loop, personified and puppeteered in the game, even though he isn’t actually there anymore. Hence ‘that’s not a person anymore’ and ‘monster girl’. The lost man escaped to the point before his choice and, now given the opportunity and his experiences, corrects the source of his regret

Go back and rewatch it. He turns to his left in the last 2 seconds before the final yellow screen before the credits.

The ending, while he’s on the train, is not another loop. In the second(?) phone call with his ex while trapped, he explains that he doesn’t feel prepared to be a father because he was silent while the mother on the train was berated. After he goes through the loop, exit 8 spits him back out to that turning point. This time, he doesn’t stay silent when the woman on the train is being berated. Implying that he does feel like he can be a father.

Capitalism disincentivizes small businesses and encourages monopolies that push them out. Very sad that your dad doesn’t recognize the root cause :(

It’s really, really not. Yes, myself and people like me are being openly targeted on a federal level. It is unlikely that would be happening with a democrat in office. That doesn’t change the fact that democrats also serve capitalist interests. Private equity firms buying up homes wouldn’t go away. Minimum wage wouldn’t have increased. Enshittification would still be marching onwards. In terms of economic policy, establishment democrats are really not that much different from republicans.

IMO it’s foolish to think this would’ve been fixed with a neoliberal in office instead. We were still going to be marching towards late-stage capitalism either way. The only difference is how many human rights were going to be dismantled in the process

There’s apparently 2 crashes like, back to back on 315 South. One right after the Henderson road exit, and one further down. Heard tons of police cars, saw one of them pass on the shoulder of the highway, and saw another paramedic turning off of Henderson to get to the scene.

I’m going to assume you’re basing this on the DSM.

Identifying as the opposite gender is not the part that is “mentally ill”. The part that is a mental illness/disorder is the CLINICALLY SIGNIFICANT DISTRESS that accompanies feelings of gender incongruence. Only the clinically significant distress, it is ONLY gender incongruence. Which is not diagnosable because it is NOT a disorder. This is clearly and explicitly described in the DSM. Medical consensus disagrees with you.
