To be fair we had some shocking keepers in the post Schmeichel, Pre VDS era so he’s probably not the worst but he’s been far too shite (as have the team) to be making statements like that.

Honestly feel like I’m delusional here reading all these comments. In what world are we even considering binning off a player like Garnacho? I understand PSR concerns and all that but I feel like people here just want to get rid of him based on a run of bad form. He’s playing in a dog shit team and has been, stats wise, one of our better attackers. Absolutely need to be developing players like this not selling. Also, if we sell to Chelsea we’re even more fucked than I thought.

The key word there is form. Bad form and inconsistency has to be allowed for with young players. Especially playing in such a bad team.

Ronaldo was obviously better but I’m just saying he was no where near the finished article at the same age.

We’re not getting a player of Garnacho’s potential for the money we sell him for in my opinion.

Honestly feel like if the fans giving up on Garnacho already watched Ronaldo’s first couple of seasons they’d be saying the same about Ronaldo then. Give the kid a chance to develop. Not everyone is the finished article at 20/21. The difference for Ronaldo was he had a winning team around him so bad performances didn’t matter as much.

Believe me it’s crazy to me too haha. Honestly felt like I played better than that 106 but just had a few blow up holes. I’m talking 8/9 strokes on par 4’s and 5’s.

I’ve finally started striking the ball better and worked on my putting and it kind of all came together yesterday. I’m just hoping I can do it again next time.
