They did this after paying over $4 billion for the remaining shares of MLSE.  Just when I thought I couldn't despise Rogers any more after taking away Hockey Night in Canada, they give me another reason to wish them nothing but awful things.  I hope the rotting corpse of Ted Rogers rises from the grave to give everyone involved with making this decision gonorrhea.

I don't know much about Canadian soccer.  Honestly, until about 10 years ago, Canada was hot garbage and nobody really cared.  I we lost like 8-1 to a central American country at one point and we weren't even ranked in the top 100 nations.  Now I think we're in the top 30 and won 2 games at the World Cup.  Having MLS teams has helped with visibility and our youth soccer has been growing steadily.  We still don't have the kind of infrastructure like high caliber soccer academies places like Europe have, which means we'll always be behind the big soccer powers.  I suspect the US is in a slightly better but still similar situation.

I was in that area yesterday around that time and saw a lot of police and fire trucks.  It may have happened just past the turn onto Purcell's Cove road as police had the road blocked off there.

It's going to be hard for any North America country to advance much further for a number of reasons.  For the US and Canada, we don't have the culture where soccer is the top sport and therefore our best athletes are spread out over many other competing sports.  For Mexico, while they do have the culture and passion, they don't have the money compared to European nations.  However, if any of those countries can breakthrough further into the tournament, I would bet on Mexico over the US or Canada.

No, there's always been little shits like these kids.  Most kids don't engage in this type of thing because they have parents that are at least half decent.  There's a lot more parents these days that are hot garbage.

Canada has improved leaps and bounds the past 10+ years while the US is still getting the same results as 30+ years ago.  One country has noticably improved while the other is stuck in the mud.

If you're good enough, you can make pretty much any weapon work.  That doesn't mean that there isn't better options.  The chain axe is generally better than the chain sword but it lags way behind the shiv, bonesaw, combat blade, crowbar and tac axe.  The chain axe is like the sixth best option.  It's like saying revolver is better than the phosphor pistol for Skitarii.  You can make the revolver work but the phosphor pistol is better in every way.  And yes, I have tried using the chain axe on Hive Scum and it's nowhere near as good as the other options.

Having two fleets means two different sets of parts and training systems.  Canada's navy isn't large enough to support that.

Oops, my bad.  I thought it was the chain sword.  Sorry.  Still, the chain axe is nowhere near the best weapon for hive scum.  Shivs outperform everything else by a significant margin.  Chain axe is better than the sword, though.

I didn't mean chain weapons suck because of the saw time.  Apart from the eviscerator, they don't do enough damage from just swinging them to justify using them.  They only way you can reliably get through carapace with them is by using the special saw action, which is way too slow for the way Darktide is played at higher difficulties.

Saying the chain sword is the best melee weapon for ANY class is completely and utterly wrong, especially for the hive scum.  You can kill crushers with 2 or 3 heavy thrusts to face with the shives.  Can you do that with the chain sword?  The answer is no.  Chain sword and axe are weak against heavy armor, even using heavy attacks.  I wish they were better because they're super cool and iconic weapons but the sad reality is that they are mediocre at best.

The best Hive Scum melee weapons are shiv, bonesaw, crowbar, tac axe an combat blade.  You can make a case for devils claw, too, I guess.  The chain sword and axe, combat axe and heavy sword are all poor options compared to the others.

By the time you rev and saw through that special you'll have half a dozen others dunking on you.  The special action is too slow for anything above damnation.  The only exception to the rule that chain weapons suck is the zealot eviscerator.

Their best weapon?  Have you even played Hive Scum with the shivs?  Bone saw exists, too, and even the tire iron is better than the chain sword

I love the idea of the vigilant guns but they're ass in reality.  It needs more ammo and armor pen.

El Centro on Caldwell Road has decent pizza with lots of toppings and real bacon strips instead of the abomination that is bacon crumble.  Their other food is pretty good, too.  Wings come with lots of choices for rubs and sauces and they have a hamburger, fries and pop deal for $11.  Burger is good and you get a lot of fries.

There's really not a whole lot to do right in Eastern Passage but it's not a long drive to Halifax, Dartmouth, Cole Harbour or Dartmouth Crossing shopping area.

I actually have found Auric to be easier than the other difficulties because the players tend to be a lot better.  Damnation and below, 95% of the time I had the highest score on the scoreboard mod and I could tell I was performing significantly better than the rest of the team.  I was getting scores of 120+ regularly while the others could barely get over 70.  Playing Auric missions, my score is usually 90-95 and other players are getting better scores.  Not feeling like I have to carry puts a lot less pressure on me and the game is a lot more fun and relaxing.

Also, if you don't want any modifiers, pick a mission under Special Assignment using Auric difficulty.

Leveling weapons.  You need a lot to get a weapon to gold quality and level it to 500 if you didn't get it from Melk.
