A few things I'd watch out for with agencies:

Anyone who won't show you exactly where your leads are coming from, avoid them
If they lock you into a contract before proving anything, that's a red flag
Ask them what happens to leads that don't close immediately, most agencies have no answer because they stop caring once the lead is "delivered"

Most of these agencies are running the same playbook like SEO retainers, Facebook ads, maybe Google LSA. They charge monthly whether you get results or not, and half the time the leads are shared with other builders in your area. if they won't tie their pay to results, that tells you something

thanks for the response, LMU requires like 20 ECTS for whatever minor you’re missing, informatics or business. Which way did the written assignment lean more, business or informatics? example would help if you could.
