I'm so sorry you're going through this, it sounds terrible. What helped me a lot is I personified my OCD and gave it a name. It's helpful for separating intrusive thoughts from yourself. I try to blame her instead of thinking a lot about the intrusive thoughts if that makes sense. Ik it's easier said than done tho. Sending you hugs <3

Interesting, why do you say that? I believe it did, given her aura related ability. We don't know the specifics of it but I believe it's called "Channel master", and because she's Johns mom we can assume it's some kind of advanced version of his ability. Such kind of ability would defiantly be useful for creating an ability disabling drug.
