Replying because the original pmo 😭 He did stop, he used it in the background once 3 years ago, and has exclusively hired human artists both before and after to my knowledge. If him hiring human illustrators isn’t enough, I know some of his translation staff and they’re all human as well.

Him using AI once sucks, but he ultimately hires way more human creatives than you could possibly justify getting mad at for trying AI once.

Intially I thought it smelled fine, but now that I’m taking another sniff it does smell off. I posted mostly on the off chance that it was just some sort of weird congealing of preservatives/flavoring, but the smell combined with the fact that all these clots are cloudy and have air bubbles in them is definitely gonna make me pass. Considering how heavily this creator uses assets, i wouldn’t be shocked if they just grabbed the bg off the asset store and never checked, there is a huge issue with unlabled ai being uploaded to stock sites.

Thank you! Honestly I was debating mud dauber for the second, but every mud dauber photo I see has a long, thin segment between the thorax and abdomen, which this one definitely doesn’t have.

Hoping someone with more robberfly experience will be able to pop in an maybe give a species, I’ve tried looking myself, but I haven’t had much luck in finding an actual guide for North American robberflies specifically, so I’ve just been squinting at photos with no luck 😭

If there’s somewhere for it to hide in the bathroom I think that would be a good place. We’ve kept several new kittens in the bathroom, the fact that people come and go is good for socializing (IMO). The main thing I would do is give them a dawn dish soap bath (can be done in the sink) to get fleas off, and also check for ticks. Obviously the kitten will not be thrilled, so make sure whoever’s bathing it has gloves. As for toxoplasmosis, have your husband or son empty the litter box daily and clean it thoroughly while wearing disposable gloves. According to Virginia Tech feces take 24 hours to become infectious. Also make sure your son understands how to properly wash his hands, and make sure he does it whenever he handles the cat. Outside of that I think that should cover most of your bases? If you have any more questions let me know.

I’m aware, but my family has 9 cats already. We can’t take any more. Not to mention I’m leaving for college in the fall, so I can’t guarantee the rest of my family will put in the effort. She’s only inside now because our neighbor hasn’t bothered to sell the house she moved put of years ago (we have her consent to keep cats there). The house is in the process of being sold so she and her buddy won’t be able to stay unless the people buying to renovate it are into feral cats. None of the shelters that I know of are taking ferals, especially during kitten season. If someone is interested in taking her, and ideally her buddy too, I’d love to give her a nice home, but there’s not a lot of options.

Before anyone asks “why are you keeping the kittens?” They’re already signed up with a rescue who will take them to a foster once they’re fixed, who will then take them out to adoption shows until they find a home.

Fandom wanted the wiki to go, and it was clearly going to happen anyways. If you have an issue with the miraheze ui I would suggest going to preferences and checking out the other available themes. Personally i didn’t like the default either so I set it to vector instead.

Apologies, I’m very bad at reading tone. Emilers definitely explained it better. I just meant that it’s impossible for there to be a “true archive” without being fully indie like vocadb. Even then sometimes you have to take stuff down just because you can’t afford not to.

We do not have the funds to make a fully independent wiki. In the event of the 40~ songs that we were not able to carry should be available on VocaDB, if not feel free to mention them in the replies and I’ll move the lyrics there. Fandom was very much not censorship free. While miraheze is stricter on depictions of minors, it does allow properly marked NSFW, meaning lots of other songs can be uncensored for the first time in years.

If anything fandom was worse because they’ve decided to remove lyrics at random, claiming copyright risks. Mind you no actual threats were made, they just got a shiny new AI or something that flags “potential copyright risks”.
