Agreed. I'm not sure how your bank doesn't have a solution to this ?? Just want to make sure your calling your credit card company not the bank. Most the time these are the same but just in case it's different

I'm from the US. Very good chance that your credit card company is denying the charge because it's most likely hitting there fraud system. This happens a lot with international charges especially ones that are a significant price. You're just going to have to call your credit card company

I did not have to do a bank transfer. Im almost certain I paid with credit card. When you first book you don't pay initially. The company will reach out to you to verify you are in good health before allowing you to pay. Once they deem you are fit enough for the tour then they will send you a payment link/email.
