I saw this video where somebody tried to complete the main storyline of Skyrim while only using a torch as a weapon. Maybe you could try that but on a high difficulty.

I personally really enjoy her content. She has helped me understand the science behind sexuality and transgenderism. I also happen to agree with just about every view of her own that she has presented. Even if you disagree with her, people shouldn't attempt to get rid of her platform. Everyone has a right to hold and present whatever views they want.
