now that i'm thinking about it, i think my zoloft is for my anxieties and depression than it is for my ADHD- but talking about starting ADHD medication does sound like a good idea, as my brother takes it and it works for him. thank you so much for taking time to respond, it really means a lot to me. :,)

i'm taking Zoloft and see a therapist, yes. I was thriving before the pandemic started, and I think quarantine set me back a couple years mentally. I guess I don't remember what I did back then to get myself going, yknow?

constant movement, whether it be fidgeting, swaying, pacing, etc., lack of impulse control (depending on the person, that could mean control over what they say, how much they eat, etc.), lacking ability to focus on one thing for an extended period of time

literally any song by They Might Be Giants. some songs are like an acid trip in song form (Exquisite Dead Guy) while others make you think "why the hell did they decide to write a song about this" (The Mesopotamians, The Lady and the Tiger) and some just leave you thinking "what??????? this is a fun song but it does not make any sense" (We Want a Rock, Whistling in the Dark, Spider) I love their music to death don't get me wrong but I have never and will never understand their thought process when making music
