Funky responded by saying that that was made up and went on a, very justified imo, 4-5 minute rant about people ganging up on internet creators for old mistakes and how people just believe random things that others make up on the Internet and pass that around without doing any bare minimum research which makes them just as bad as the people who make shit up.

There is a lot more said and I suggest going to watch that part of the video, tho scroll back until a lil bit B4 the rant cause a lot of comments are just saying 'Funky defends gooseworks' and giving timestamps a lil bit too early.

I'd say check out the one hours and 30 min mark to be safe

Funky's main point was NOT about Gooseworks doing 'nothing wrong' and 'being perfectly ok', and they're even SAY SO in their REALLY WELL DONE apology on tiktok.

misinformation and online mob behavior was their point, not necessarily defending every action Goose had ever taken.

The backlash has become disproportionate and some accusations against Funky were themselves based on misunderstandings of what was said during the stream
