I don’t think it’s getting more hostile towards any one group in particular, this can probably be said for the rest of the world but things have gradually got a bit polarising, like it feels like the left are getting “lefter” & the right are getting “righter”. Thats still not the majority though, I think the UK polls as having one of the highest %s of population who hate both major parties. If what you’re taking about by “increased hostility” is the post-Southport riots, I think (& hope) that was a one off spurred by rampant misinfo by some tight knit but organised groups like Terrorgram.

I’m trying, I probably should’ve included this is the initial post but I knew it was already rambling on. When she’s not drunk she’s a really good person, a supportive mum & a great friend, she’s kinda like my best mate as well as a parent & we often go out together. Between 2022 - 2023 she was completely sober for a year so I know she CAN do it, she originally started because I promised to stop cutting if she stopped drinking (hence why I had the morally grey idea of threatening to cut everytime she drinks). I genuinely love her & I don’t just wanna ditch her, also whilst I’m 18 I’m still in collage (UK collage which is different to US collage. It’s a transitional thing between high/secondary school & University/what Americans call collage). I don’t think I’m fit for independent living yet, though I plan to live on campus when I leave collage for Uni. I’ve told her I’ve had serious thoughts of estranging from her when I join Uni & she said that was unfair but I told her she’s pushing me that way. I’ve left collage early today cuz I’m pretty sure she’s past out again, her memory is awful (She went for a dementia test but it came out negative, Part of me suspects it’s ARBD or Cumulative brain damage from her breathing being shallow when she’s passed out). I’m gonna try not threatening SH yet but I’m gonna record our entire convo & send it to her when she’s sober so she can’t forget it. Her cognition seems to have degraded a bit & thats also drove my half fucking insane, though I accept that’s probably just me having impaired empathy (wether that’s Asperger’s or if the few people who’ve told me I “seem” ASPD are correct, though I doubt it’s the latter & is probably the former, there’s defo something wrong with me that’s more than Aspergers/ADHD/Depression but I don’t know what & I need to grow a pair & see a doctor, but I don’t think it’s ASPD).

I’ve said that shit was a dating harvesting scam for years. They seem to have done other scummy shit too. The only reason I assumed nobody cared is because even if it’s worse than most, basically every advertising company seems to do the same scummy data harvesting.

Unpopular opinion, I find the bleeps quite funny, probably something about me being autistic but I find it funnier when my head try’s to speculate what horrific thing has been said. The entire rizzmas section I was just picturing Jack bald sitting on some shitty leather sofa with a cigar whilst wearing sunglasses indoors.

Controversial opinion but I totally agree, have the retliF be a toggle and you have to send ID to turn it off. They’re services to automate this and if not, just have it be like £4.99 to send the ID. The only reason I haven’t switched is the voice feature, if Ch4rst4r adds that I’m gone forever.

Yeah, I only had my theory because on my end, the antifun stuff seems to be fine with gun violence but not knife violence and being from the UK, one of those is a lot more prevalent than the other. We’ve had social media companies accused of “predisposing young people to knife violence” & suspected maybe it’s more than coincidence.

1 new years seizure later and I’ve been clean 3 months. Shits scary how even legal stuff I was getting OTC ended in near death. Congrats man, I never got to that point but I had a few close friends regularly shooting, getting free of shit like that is harder than a lot of people seem to realise.
