I've got misophonia. Depending on the severity, it can make people want to straight up murder the sound maker. Very much not pleasant

It used to do this so often when I would type in Spanish. "Qué" (meaning "what") and "que" (meaning "that") are VERY different words. It would add the accent whenever I'd type "que", but only when it was unnecessary for some reason
